Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We provide international shipping via cross-border parcel.
Estimated shipping time:
United States, Canada, UK, Australia: 12 – 25 business days
European Countries: 15 – 30 business days
Please note delivery time may be extended due to customs clearance, peak seasons or logistics delays.

Shipping Fee
Free shipping for all orders over $30.
Standard flat shipping rate applies for orders under $30, the freight will be calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by your country.
We cannot predict or cover additional customs charges.

Address Notice
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
We are not responsible for undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is severely delayed or marked lost, please contact us with your order number.
We will assist you to track the parcel with logistics provider.

Prohibited Situation
We do not support address change after the parcel has been dispatched.
If you refuse package delivery, return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
